We had arrived in the city earlier than we expected but our room was ready and they let us check-in prior to 9a. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking on their lot makes it very nice to travel via your own transportation. Nice quite area with easy access to city center via bus.
Would of been nice if breakfast was included. The further away your room is from the front, made it hard sometimes to connect to the network (internet).

Convenient location and parking available. Also very secure with a police station right opposite.
No control over the heating. It was far too hot with no way of turning off the underfloor heating.

The hotel was incredibly friendly and straightforward, very close to everything. the food was fine, with plenty of options. - My room was good and had Wi-Fi and a TV set. - the location was marvelous for me, near Amsterdam Noord for a family wedding as well as the shopping center and transport.

The hotel itself is ok, although a bit far away from the centre of city. However they did not keep the conditions they promised in the confirmation. Not a fair company, not a fair hotel.
The Booked.net promised me "no payment in advance". Neverthweless one day before my arrival my bank informed me about the payment in Bastion Hotel. The Hotel credited my account for the whole amount of my staying one day before my arrival. I booked one smooking room. On arrival the receptionist informed me abot that I can have smooking room for extra payment only.

Very clean and easy to get to. If you are going to visit Amsterdam, but would like to stay somewhere comfortable but not too expensive then this is the place to stay. Bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you straight into town in 10 minutes. Purchase a 48hr travel pass for about 15 Euros.

Every visit to Amsterdam, we like to stay at Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Noord. the staff is welcoming and pleasant. the location of the venue is amazing and unbeatable, not far from public transport, the central train station, and Amsterdam central. the nice onsite bar serves cool drinks.

A great selection of fine food. Recently refurbished rooms and tidy with books, TV plus the bathroom. Conveniently located hotel right by the suburbs in the north part of the city and the central station. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Amsterdam Centraal.

The hotel is a 15 minute ride from the central station (bus 32). It is in a quiet neighborhood and has free parking. The price was good comparing to the average hotel prices in Amsterdam.
The hotel's breakfast is expensive. You can find better places downtown to have breakfast.
